It is intense, persistent and fruity with clear hints of quince. It is floral with elder and peach blossoms and has a distinctive aftertaste of rosemary and sage.

PRIMITIVO

This a local grape I.G.T Salento.

It contains gentle tannins, in which an impressive acidity combines with the classic delicacy and alcohol content of Primitivo in the flavours of this once forceful and now elegant wine.

Colour: Ruby red with delicate garnet undertones.

Grape varieties: 100% Primitivo.

Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.

NEGROAMARO

This a local grape I.G.T Salento.

Its flavour is defined by its balance of delicacy and alcohol content set against its minerality and freshness. It is nuanced and persistent, starting out softly and evolving into a delicate-yet-confident finish with classic Negromaro characteristics.

Colour: Intense ruby red with tender, soft hints of violet.

AMATIVO

Local grapes: Primitivo and Negroamaro.

Its rose and violet is released in a slow and sustained progression, giving way to berries,hoot, jams and vanilla.

Alcohol content: 14% vol.

TELERO ROSSO IGT

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Negroamaro.

The wine has a good structure and well-balanced taste with soft tannins. Bright and rich colors of ripe fruit left nuances in an elegant finish.
